Typical parisian little flat located in Paris 11ème arrdt in an ancient building in a little street close to Canal St Martin.The apt is 32 sqm large and is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) and the windows open on two courtyards (not the street). Very bright by day. Internet both cable and wireless (wifi) are available. Hifi system compatible with iPod / iPhone / USB. DVD Bluray player and international TV channels. A phone is available too for receiving calls from outside.The kitchen features all the necessary stuff for a chef : induction hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, boiler and electrical coffee maker.The washing machine also dries your clothes.
