I search a GIRL for a colocation with a Peruvian, nice and quiet women, in a flat, at 1 mn from RER A - Noisy-le-Gd- station (a safe line frequented by families which visit Eurodisney), and 10 from Paris, 25 mn from Disney.
It is a nice and quiet apt, in front of a beautiful lac and a comercial center (Carrefour, La Fnac, H&M, etc...)
The flat is divided in two parts : the joint tenant would have is own part including a bathroom. He will have a separate bedroom , with a dobble bed, a wardrobe, a desk.
The big kitchen, the toilets, terrasse are shared, but the Peruvian women don't use the big kitchen, nor the terasse.
It's all furnished. Wifi, water, and floor heating are included. You share the electricity bill (15/20 euros per month depending on your expenses).
The kitchen is all new, and need attention, so I search a clean and very careful person.
