We are looking for two STUDENTS who are CLEAN and TIDY, non smoker, serious.
We have 3 rooms of which one room is already occupied by a friendly student.
Our flat has 3 bedrooms for flatsharing /colocation NON-MIXTE is situated in a convenient and safe area near République tram station(2 mins walk). Each room has an individual key. The flat is on the 3rd floor without lift. The available rooms are "Chambre 1 and Chambre 3".
Rental period: 1 Septembre, 2024 - 30 June, 2025
Security Deposit: One month
All the utility charges (including high-speed unlimited WIFI) are included in the rent.
The nearest schools are :
IPAG - only 4 mins walk, Lycée Masséna 9 mins walk,
Université Nice Sophia Antipolis Campus Saint Jean d'Angely - 14 mins walk.

Bathroom: Shower cabin, washbasin with mirror, washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, electric bath towel dryer, 3 laundry drying racks, etc.
Toilet room with hand basin(WC is separate from the shower room) and small window.
Everything you need is walking distance including beach. There are lots of supermarkets, bakeries, local shops, restaurants, banks, drugstores nearby.
