This 18 m² room is peaceful and offers a lovely garden view. Facing west, it is bathed in sunlight during the afternoon.

Conveniently located between the vibrant downtown of Nantes and several universities, as well as major engineering and business schools. The Saint Donatien / Rond-Point de Paris neighborhood is a calm residential area with many grocery stores and supermarkets within walking distance.

We typically host 2 to 3 students. Currently, we have guests from India and Mexico both are Audencia's students. While there is no obligation, we occasionally share cooking and meals.

You can safely park a bicycle in the garage.

The room, located on the first floor, is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and closet, all overlooking a quiet garden.
It is part of a spacious 150 m² house with 6 rooms, a terrace, and a garden. The room has plenty of storage and is very bright due to its west-facing exposure.

Ideal for:
Short-term rentals, perfect for students, civil service volunteers, interns, or temporary assignments. Please note, no official residency registration ("domiciliation") is allowed.
