Our house manager will take care of your concerns from the time you move in and among others, accept your packages or rent out household items (e.g. vacuum cleaner, iron) free of charge. Additional security is provided by a central main entrance to which you only have access through a chip as well as video surveillance of all entrances.

Your apartment offers you a living area with bed incl. mattress, desk with chair, wardrobe with mirror, light-tight curtains, intercom and generous storage space. The pantry kitchen is equipped with two ceramic hobs, combi microwave, fridge with a freezer, a sink and counter.
The modern tiled shower room offers toilet, washbasin with mirror and further storage options. All services and additional costs such as heating and hot water, as well as internet are included in the rent.
